We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?

No, our delivery service is limited to Mainland UK.

Please note Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man would acquire extra delivery costs

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in mutually beneficial manner. i
